Today I had to contact him to have a re-treat done, and while he wasnt available in my area he had another Tech named Ray come out. Ray was very nice and knowledgeable and quick to get everything treated for an ant issue. Hopefully this will clear it up, if not, I know Josh and Squish will make it right. Great company and great prices! Called Squish on Super Bowl Sunday last year and Josh came out that day to resolve our ant problem. Squish has reasonable prices and Josh is on-call if there’s ever a need in between services. I appreciate their honesty and availability and I recommend them for all your pest needs! Called for my Mother because she had wasp nest in a exhaust fan vent. Shawn was real nice over the phone and said he would send someone out same day and he did...My Mother said the tech was super nice and took care of everything and she was very Happy! FYI I called around and all other companies wanted year long contracts and wanted much more money but Squish just charged for the one time and their price was very reasonable!!! They came out quickly to remove a dead animal under the house. Jordan was great and efficient. Afterwards he got me to upgrade to the yearly protection package because we have a rat problem in our crawlspace. He laid traps and said it covered quarterly resetting of traps and coverage for other pests including spraying for ants in summer.
I had an issue getting ahold of them, but once I got it brought to their attention they were super quick to respond and got me all squared away. Happy as a clam. 🙂 I love the service's and customer service. Jordon was very knowledgeable and was very helpful with our pest problem. I would highly recommend them. At 11 the tech called and told me he was10 to 15 minutes away. 7 min later he was at the door.
He was courteous and very well versed in explaining what plan of attack he recommended after intensely evaluating my pest issue.
